As a personal coach, my passion is to guide the world towards healthier lifestyles. Every person is different, having their own unique strengths and limitations. My method is to build a customized plan based on your health, schedule and most importantly, your fitness goals. I've been a fitness enthusiast for over 10 years and in my 5 years of personal training, I have trained over 300+ people who have all reached new levels in their personal health and fitness
